- Project Data: Logos, mockups, and design files you create or upload are stored in your account.
- Order Information: When you place an order, we collect shipping address, buyer email, and transaction details needed to fulfill your purchase.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our app, including device type, browser, pages visited, and timestamps, to improve performance and user experience.
- Cookies & Local Storage: We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze traffic.
2How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Premier Logo & Mockups platform.
- To process and fulfill your product orders, including shipping and customer support.
- To generate AI-powered logos and mockups using your prompts and uploaded images.
- To send you transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, renewal reminders).
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security violations.
- To analyze usage patterns and improve our features, design, and performance.
3Information Sharing & Third Parties
- Printful: When you order a physical product, your order details (product, shipping address, print files) are shared with Printful for manufacturing and fulfillment.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment data is collected on their secure checkout pages.
- AI Providers: Your logo generation prompts are sent to third-party AI models to generate results. We do not store their internal processing data.
- Service Infrastructure: We use cloud hosting and database services to store and process your data securely.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4Data Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Access to your data is restricted through role-based access controls and authentication.
- Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service.
- Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5Data Retention
- We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.
- When you delete your account, we purge your projects, orders, and associated design files from our active database within a reasonable timeframe.
- Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes as required by law.
6Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Export: You can view and download your project data from your account dashboard at any time.
- Update: You can update your profile information from the Account page.
- Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the Account page. This action is irreversible.
- Unsubscribe: You can opt out of non-essential emails by following the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page.
7Children's Privacy
- Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8International Users
- If you access our services from outside the United States, your data will be processed and stored on servers located in the U.S.
